The Band
MJ (Megan) is a classically trained vocalist who has been singing and making music since she was a toddler. Her cousin introduced her to bands like Metallica and Nirvana as a young girl; her friends and parents introduced her to Broadway and opera. All of these genres together resonated within her - the sound, lyrics, form, lyrical lines - she loved everything about them! Once she heard “Ghost Love Score” by Nightwish, she knew that was the sound she had been searching for her whole life, and knew what type of music she wanted to write! Shortly after this epiphany, she began learning guitar seriously and never looked back. Some of the bands that have influenced her writing and vocal style are Lzzy Hale/Halestorm, Evanescence, Alanis Morissette, In This Moment, Within Temptation and Nightwish. MJ is lead vocalist and guitar player for original music project Night of the Wolves, is currently recording an original solo acoustic EP, and can be heard on the new album by UK band, The Fods.
Lisa is a life long
multi-instrumentalist, starting flute at the age of 4 and beginning violin at 8. Although being classically trained, she fell in love with rock and metal in middle school and quickly turned those musical skills to guitar and bass. This depth of training has given her the ability to perform in many genres and settings. Past experiences include keyboards in the progressive metal band, Rise, cello in the coffee house trio XO to her current home now as bass player for Bad Juju. When she’s not rocking the low end on stage, she’s molding young minds as a middle school orchestra teacher.

This experience ignited a lifelong love for a variety of musical genres, including Pop, New Wave, Motown, Alternative, and Classic Rock. However, it’s Hair Metal that truly captures her heart, fueling her creative drive with its powerful riffs and vibrant energy.
When Christi isn’t performing, she works as a full-time graphic designer, blending artistic talents across different mediums. As a dedicated crafter and artist, she channels that same creativity into everything she does.
